This page explains how personal data is handled when you request the free worksheets for Your Time Is Not the Bottleneck.

What we collect and why
Your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send you the worksheets you asked for and occasional emails with new resources for the book. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Email service
Sign-ups and emails are handled by Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA) as our processor. Transfers to the USA are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Kit records whether emails are opened and links clicked so that we can see whether the emails are useful.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; you can also write to us and we will delete your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Cyprus: the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection).
This website
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and keeps them only for a limited time.
